It’s finally here, the giveaway starts now!

3. Must be reblogged with a legitimate profile going as far back as 2 months before this giveaway. We will be checking archives! So no giveaway tumblrs accepted.

Reminds me of what a guy should like about me
Westlife are like no other boy bands. Every band has their style, and perhaps the most successful boy band is BSB but Westlife for me defines the meaning of love. Their songs continuously bring out the best in people and never about wrong doings. They sing love the way love should mean, not the way the current comedy tv shows or films describe it. Every person who has experienced love will find their songs so easy to relate, and for this reason, it keeps bringing tears to one’s eyes
and it’s this that gives them a worldwide fan base, because no matter if you’re finding first love as a teenager, finding true love with your husbands or wives, or you’re in your older age staying with that someone you love, you will always find a tune, you’ll find the words you share with the music from this band. For me, they’re worthy winners, because love overcomes things, and if that were true, they deserve to win. If you haven’t heard of them, I truly hope one day you will understand why..
I’m so happy for them and the Westlife fan base, as we all know this is their end of the story, and we did our part to give them a great sending off gift! For all they’ve given us, this is the least we could give back.

WHO IS WESTLIFE?
Westlife are an Irish boy band formed in 1998. Despite the group’s worldwide success, Westlife never managed to make a dent in America’s pop scene. They only have one hit single in the United States, “Swear It Again”, which peaked in 2000 on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 20, where national acts like the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, and Britney Spears reigned supreme. It was a different story in the U.K., though, where the group charted 14 number one singles and continued releasing hit albums. Unlike other boybands who’ve split up then reformed, this band continuously worked to stay together as a group for fourteen years. They are to disband in 2012 after their farewell tour.
WHY VOTE FOR WESTLIFE?
“Westlife” is the only first album with 5 number 1 hits. Even Elvis and The Beatles have only 4.
There are only 5 acts in chart history that got into double figures with their tally of chart toppers: Elvis Presley (18), The Beatles (17), Cliff Richard (14), Westlife (13), and Madonna (10). [Westlife had another #1 single, but with Mariah Carey.]
Westlife hold the record for getting into double figures in the shortest time (149 weeks - more than 3 months quicker than The Beatles).
